Shop Policy



*Processing time

Most items are ready to ship, please allowed us 3 to 5 days business days to process orders.

*Estimated shipping times

USA 3-5 days business day , Europe 5-10 business days ( First class mail ) , We are not responsible for lost items during transit. Please if an item it's lost contact your local USPS.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your package leaves our facility we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carriers tracking information. We are NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Lottie Mae Clothing cannot be held responsible for packages returned to sender (LMC), marked by the carrier as "delivered", or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by customer. Please double check that your address CAN be delivered to and that the information you enter is correct. While items are inspected before they leave our store, Lottie Mae Clothing is NOT responsible for orders that arrive damaged by the shipping carrier. 

Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturday, Sundays or Holidays. Lottie Mae clothing will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock. 

*Customs and imported taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply, we are not responsible for delays.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and with all the original package. We don't cover shipping for returned items. 


Items can only be returned within 7 days of the delivery date to take part of a refund or store credit to be used on a future purchase. We don't cover shipping for unwanted returned  Items. Items must be unworn, unwashed and tags MUST be attached ON SALE items and CLEARANCE ITEMS SALES are final. 

*We don't accept cancellations

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you shop credit or an exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds (if applicable)

We only refund if items are damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

NOTE* If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
